BYU-Idaho Ambassadors are part of the Mighty Oaks Alumni Network and advocate on behalf of the BYU-Idaho Career Center as official representatives of the university in their company, organizations, networks, and community. Ambassadors have three primary objectives, which are:
- Represent the university within their companies, lending support in such activities as internship/employment opportunities, on-site visits, information session, career fairs, etc.
- Encourage prospective students to consider BYU-Idaho.
- Participate as mentors on BYUI Connect.
An Alumni Ambassador is a connector between the school and their community. Becoming an Alumni Ambassador will greatly edify the lives of the Alumni involved, and will uplift the lives of those around them.
