Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, there will be a waitlist if a camp participant chooses to withdraw. If a participant needs to withdraw from the camp at the last minute and needs a refund, please follow the following procedures.

Refund Policy

Participants who wish to withdraw from the camp and get a full refund may do so up until May 22. Any requests on May 23 or after will receive a partial refund that takes into account the cost of hosting the camp.

The camps will take place rain or shine so long as the participants can safely continue. Should inclement weather arise, we will move activities indoors and do our best to continue the camp activities. If we’re unable to complete the activities indoors, those activities will be canceled.
