Located in Hart 174, the Wellness Center provides resources for individuals to become their best self and improve their overall physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being.
Wellness workshops help students improve their quality of life and take charge of their physical, social, mental, and emotional wellness.

Fit4Life is designed to help any student, student spouse, employee, or employee spouse develop healthy habits. Participants have regular access to a wellness coach for nutrition consulting and resource recommendations for emotional and social challenges. They also have access to a fitness trainer for assistance using fitness equipment and workout routines
