Vehicle Rentals
To request a campus vehicle rental, begin by submitting a Spend Authorization in Workday. Once the authorization is approved, the request will be entered into the Vehicle Rental System as a reservation.
Effective November 12, 2024, all vehicle reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy, in accordance with departmental guidelines.

All employees using university vehicles and equipment must have a current driver’s license and BYU-Idaho driving permit.
