Vehicle Rentals
As of September 1, 2020, all Campus Vehicle rental requests will be initiated through a Spend Authorization in Workday. Once that authorization is approved, the request will enter the new Vehicle Rental System as a Reservation. Complete details are contained in the Workday Learning Article on the new system.
Once your request is in the new system, you can see and modify your current reservations on the Vehicle Reservation webpage.
Effective November 12, 2024, all vehicle reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy, in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Training & Policies
All employees using university vehicles and equipment must have a current driver’s license and BYU-Idaho driving permit.
