Already Connected But Can't Sign-In?

If you've already connected your BYU-Idaho and Church Account and are having trouble accessing systems please try the items below before contacting support.
Clear Browser Cache
Clearing the cache on your browser may help sign you out of previously accessed systems. Once your cache is cleared try signing in again.
Quit Your Browser
Close all the windows in your browser and make sure you fully quit the browser application. Restart your browser and sign in again.

You must connect your BYU-Idaho account to your Church Account to gain access to BYU-Idaho systems.

How to Connect Your Accounts

To connect your accounts, visit the link below.

  • The connection process only takes a few minutes to complete.
  • This is a one time process. You will not be required to connect accounts again.
  • You'll need the username and password for both your BYU-Idaho account and your Church Account.
  • Please have your phone or other device available to complete 2-factor authentication.

Changes to Sign-In Accounts

BYU-Idaho changed the login for web-based systems from a BYU-Idaho account to a Church Account.
When the Change Happened
This changed happened on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025. You must now use your Church Account to access BYU-Idaho web-based systems.
Why this Happened
All CES schools are changing logins to utilize the Church Identity System and login. This will enhance security of your account and make a transfer between schools more seamless.
