Print-Ready Files
Due to the high volume of customers we serve, we cannot allow customers to take time on our computers to edit their documents.
Files need to be print-ready and easily accessible on either a jump-drive or email.
If you need assistance editing a file or preparing a file to be print-ready, please visit the McKay Library Mac Lab.

Common questions about services, how to send files, and fulfilling work orders.
We are located in MC 132, right next to the University Store.
When you come into Express, please log onto one of our computers with your BYU-I login and password and pull up your file wherever you have it saved. Please note that we cannot print files if they are uploaded to My Print Center. If you do not have a BYU-I login, please notify one of our student employees and they will be able to help you.
Please note that we are not able to print files off of “My Print Center.” You must have your file saved in a place that is accessible on any computer (i.e. Canvas, Google Drive, OneDrive, email, etc.).

We are not able to take funds off of your I-Card, but we can charge your student account similar to where you pay tuition.
Unfortunately, we only accept walk-ins in Express. If you have an order that is larger in quantity or a custom size, please visit our main office in MC 174.
We can work with most files, however we recommend saving your file as a PDF to ensure the layout will remain consistent when printed.
Due to the higher volume of customers that we see on a daily basis, we cannot allow our customers to edit files while visiting us in Express. If you need any help in setting up your files, we recommend visiting the Mac Lab in the McKay Library outside of MCK 254.
All self-serve printers on campus that are run via My Print Center are taken care of by the I.T. Department. You will need to contact them at (208)496-1411 in order to report a problem or get a refund.
If you have a print job that is going to require setup time and/or is a larger quantity, we ask that you visit our Main Office in MC 174 where they can better help you. They can also help with larger format prints.
