Fashion designers oversee and manage research and creation of products. Other main duties include creating the design patterns for clothing, footwear, and accessories that are the trend or style of the company. They also manage the entire creation process and researches recent and new trends of fashion.

Stylists assist clients in finding clothing and accessories that flatter the body type and fit the needs of the client. They provide advice and suggestions for the clients individual taste and needs to achieve the image that the client has.
