Students with a dance degree emphasized in pedagogy will choose at least two specialization modules to study. These focuses prepare them to teach in the private sector, in dance studios, or to continue their education in Dance at the graduate level.

Choreographers create and teach original dances for theaters, dance companies, and movie studios.
As a dance director, you will oversee the production of stage and film dance performances. You might also hire dancers and choreographers, run rehearsals, and make decisions about creative elements of the production.
In this career, you will perform a variety of dance styles performing usually in companies in front of a live audience, on TV, in music videos, or in stage productions.
Dance therapists use movement to help clients improve health to reduce stress, boost self-esteem, and overcome physical disabilities.
