Common Questions

Where can I find my department mail stop code?

Log into Workday, click on your profile picture and click “View Profile”. At the bottom of the page under “Work Address” your mail stop code will be the 4 digits after the zip code “83460”.

Does my mail stop code change if my department is moving to another building?

The first two numbers correspond to a building on campus. When a department moves buildings, Mail Services will assign a new mail stop code.
