Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

BYU-Idaho seeks to provide services and university-related activities to accommodate all students and employees in accordance to the American Disabilities Act.

ADA & BYU-I Students
In accordance with federal disability law, BYU-Idaho provides students with disabilities access to its academic programs. The university has established a Disability Service Center to provide students with services for classroom and other university-related activities, at the request of students with a qualifying disability.
