Grad Fest – Tuesday, December 14, 2022
Grad Fest will be held on December 14 from 9 am–6 pm in the University Store in the Manwaring Center.
BYU-Idaho Alumni invites all graduates, including those not marching in Commencement, to attend Grad Fest. At Grad Fest, graduation candidates will pick up their cap, gown, and tassel. Graduation candidates can pre-order their cap and gown from Herff-Jones by clicking here. Tassel-only purchases are available at Grad Fest.
Graduation candidates will also pick up their name card for Convocation and confirm the University has the correct information to mail their diploma. The University Store will have a booth to purchase memorabilia items reflective of the BYU-Idaho experience. Graduation candidates will be able to enter into a drawing for great prizes and enjoy refreshments and other festivities in a celebratory send-off party.
If you’re unable to attend Grad Fest, there will be a booth located outside the University Store on December 14, 2022, from 8 am-2 pm, where name cards can still be picked up. After 2 pm, the booth will move to the I-center, outside of the courts, and will be there from 2-6 pm.
Note: Although students should purchase their cap, gown, and tassel in advance, they can also purchase them at Grad Fest if needed. Caps and gowns will also be available at the University Store on the day of graduation. It is first come first serve and there is no guarantee that clothing will be available for them to purchase.
