HRIVE is a 9-week program designed to offer fun and positive interventions to support mental well-being, focusing on managing depression and anxiety. Participants will explore key topics through experiential learning, applying practical tools and techniques. Some of the areas covered include nature, physical fitness, self-compassion, nutrition, relationships, technology, meaning, and more. This program is offered for just $25 and will take place during the Spring semester, starting May 6th.
