Talk and Walk with a Doc!

College life can be a whirlwind of assignments, exams, and everything in between. That’s why the BYU-Idaho Wellness Center is excited to introduce Talk and Walk with a Doc this semester!
Join Dr. Bradbury every Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 pm for a relaxed, easy-paced walk. It’s a great opportunity to get some fresh air, clear your mind, and ask questions about health, wellness, or whatever’s on your mind—no formal appointment needed!
Meet us at the roundabout between Chapman and Kimball. Come for the whole hour or just drop in whenever you can. We’d love to see you there!
