Talk and Walk with a Pro!

College life can be a whirlwind of assignments, exams, and everything in between. That’s why the BYU-Idaho Wellness Center is excited to introduce Talk and Walk with a Pro this semester!
Join us every Monday from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm for a relaxed, easy-paced walk. It’s a great opportunity to get some fresh air, clear your mind, and ask questions about health, wellness, or whatever’s on your mind—no formal appointment needed!
Meet us at the SE entrance of the I-Center. Come for the whole hour or just drop in whenever you can. We’d love to see you there!

Weekly Wellness Events

Join us for bi-weekly wellness events happening across campus! Two events are offered each week on a rotating basis, so there’s always something new to check out. From mindfulness to movement, these events are designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Locations vary: follow us on Instagram @byuiwellness for the most up-to-date schedule and event info.

Intuitive Eating Workshop

Intuitive eating is an evidence-based program that empowers individuals to reconnect with internal hunger and fullness cues, reject diet beliefs, and build a more compassionate relationship with food. We would love to have you join us on this journey towards food freedom.

Workshops are held every Wednesday of the semester in MC 176A 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
