Performance Attire
The dress code for each event will be printed on your ticket. Event Dress is required at some campus events.

Event Dress
Event Dress for men is a suit or dress pants with a collared shirt and tie, and a modest dress or a skirt and blouse for women.

Classroom Dress
Events that allow Classroom Dress require a clean, well-cared-for appearance.

Please refer to the Dress and Grooming Standards page for further information.
No food or drink is allowed inside the event venues. Please help us keep our venues clean by eating before attending the event.
Tickets may be scanned upon entry.  Only the first scan of the barcode on the ticket will be admitted.  If you have already scanned your ticket for entry and need to leave for any reason, please have an usher mark or scan your ticket for re-entry.

Each patron entering the building is required to have a ticket.  Children under two years of age generally do not need a ticket; however, many events at BYU-Idaho have an age restriction.  Please check with the Ticket Office or the ticketing website if you are unsure if a performance is appropriate for younger audience members. Tickets may include a Print at Home option, in which case the tickets are emailed to you and can be printed on your home printer. Please print your tickets before you arrive.  You will receive an email confirmation with the purchase of tickets. This is not your ticket.
Listening Devices are available through the Ticket Office. Please bring a photo ID to check out Listening Devices.
When items are lost, they may be immediately found in the Ticket Office. Following the performance, lost items will be placed in the University's Lost and Found in Rigby 144.
Flowers in vases with water, helium balloons, strollers, skateboards and other large items are not allowed. Weapons of any kind, including arrows, are not allowed.
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime except in the BYU-Idaho Center where doors open 1 hour before the start of the event.

For many events, reserved seating is released 10 minutes before the start of the performance, to those waiting in stand-by.

Theatre events have a no-admittance policy once the play has begun.
For most events there is NO picture taking or audio or video recording. You may be asked to put away your phone or other device during such an event. If you have questions, contact the Ticket Office at the time of the event.
We wish for every guest to have a wonderful, unforgettable experience during their visit. To provide that assurance, all noise-making devices (e.g cell phones) are to be turned off. Guests should remain seated during all productions while keeping chatter to a very minimal level. If you need to leave the venue for any reason, please do so in between songs, scenes, performances, etc.

Cough drops and other noises made by food or beverage consumption can also be a distraction, so we ask that you keep this in mind during the show. Food and drink are not allowed in the event venues.
The University maintains a 24/7 security service. Please call (208)496-3000.
Some events may use water-based smoke or haze as part of the production. If you have special concerns, contact the Ticket Office at (208) 496-3170 before purchasing tickets for the event.
There is wheelchair-accessible seating in each venue, but most venues do not provide guests with wheelchairs.
