For most events there is NO picture taking or audio or video recording. You may be asked to put away your phone or other device during such an event. If you have questions, contact the Ticket Office at the time of the event.
We wish for every guest to have a wonderful, unforgettable experience during their visit. To provide that assurance, all noise-making devices (e.g cell phones) are to be turned off. Guests should remain seated during all productions while keeping chatter to a very minimal level. If you need to leave the venue for any reason, please do so in between songs, scenes, performances, etc.

Some events may use water-based smoke or haze as part of the production. If you have special concerns, contact the Ticket Office at (208) 496-3170 before purchasing tickets for the event.
There is wheelchair-accessible seating in each venue, but most venues do not provide guests with wheelchairs.
