Attending a campus event? Tickets are mobile.

Purchasing & Downloading Mobile Tickets

BYU-I Ticket Office located in the University Store

  1. Order your event tickets online.
  2. Choose "Mobile" as the preferred delivery method.
  3. Get your tickets. There are two easy ways to do this:
    1. Log in to your account to manage your tickets moving forward. You can access your tickets anytime by logging in, OR
    2. You will receive either a text message or an email with a link to access your ticket(s) and download your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet.
  1. Tap on the link "Download Tickets to Wallet" to save your ticket(s) to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  2. You can use your smartphone as your ticket. BYU-Idaho scans all tickets at each facility.

Do not print mobile tickets, as printed mobile tickets will not be accepted.

How To Purchase Mobile Tickets

STEP 1
On the Ticket Office homepage, select either "Student and Employee Tickets" or "General Public Tickets."
STEP 2
Log in with the email address you created your account with.
STEP 3
Enter your password.
STEP 4
Select the type of event(s) you are purchasing tickets for.
STEP 5
Scroll to the event you’re interested in and select “Find Tickets” to purchase tickets or “More Info” to read the event description.
STEP 6
On the “Find Tickets” page, scroll to the bottom to select the tickets.
STEP 7
For events with assigned seats, you can find tickets by seat or price. Once you’ve selected your seat, select “Add to Cart.”
STEP 8
On the “Your Cart” page, select “Mobile Delivery” as your Delivery Method and scroll down.
STEP 9
At the bottom of the page, select “Checkout.”
STEP 10
Fill in your card information and scroll to the bottom.
STEP 11
Select “Place Your Order.”

Transferring Tickets

To transfer your event ticket(s) to someone else, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account to view your tickets.
  2. Select “Transfer Tickets.”
  3. Select the event that you want to transfer tickets from.
  4. Select the seats you would like to send to your recipient.
  5. Enter the recipient’s name and phone number.
  6. Confirm the details and transfer the tickets.

When transferring tickets, users will need to re-enter the recipient email in a second field that does not accept copy and paste, ensuring their tickets are transferred to the correct person.

  • The email address will be validated for common misspellings and invalid email addresses. If something is amiss, we will provide the user with an error message so that they can correct it before proceeding.
  • Alternatively, users can initiate a transfer via text by entering the recipient's mobile number.

How To Transfer Your Mobile Tickets

STEP 1
On the Ticket Office homepage, select either "Student and Employee Tickets" or "General Public Tickets."
STEP 2
Log in with the email address you created your account with.
STEP 3
Enter your password.
STEP 4
Click on the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand side of the screen.
STEP 5
Click on "My Account" to find event tickets you would like to transfer to someone else.
STEP 6
On the Ticket Office homepage, select the “Transfer Tickets” icon.
STEP 7
Select the event you would like to transfer tickets for.
STEP 8
Select the number of tickets you would like to transfer.
STEP 9
Enter the first name, last name, and mobile number or email of the person you would like to transfer the tickets to.
STEP 10
A screen with a transfer review will appear to confirm the details.
STEP 11
Once you’ve confirmed details, a “Transfer Invite Sent” page will open. From this page, you can return to the homepage by selecting “Back to My Account” or start a new transfer by selecting “Start a New Transfer.”
STEP 12
The Ticket Office homepage will show ‘Pending Transfers’ until the transfer invite is accepted.

Reissuing Your Mobile Tickets

  1. Sign in to your account to view your tickets.
  2. Select “Reissue”.
  3. Select the event that you want to reissue tickets from.
  4. Confirm the details and reissue the tickets.*

*Note: Reissuing tickets cancels the previous barcodes and issues new barcodes. Once tickets have been reissued, please delete any previous emails and texts or throw physical tickets away. If needed, please contact any friends, family, or roommates who have had tickets forwarded to them that are now invalid. Canceled barcodes will not be allowed into the concert or event.
