
Adam Bair currently serves as the program director for the applied business management degree and has worked as a faculty member in the Management Department at BYU-Idaho since 2013. Brother Bair completed his Ph.D. in the Theory and Practice of Professional Communication at Utah State University, a master’s degree at Southern Utah University, and a Bachelor of Science at BYU-Idaho.
In addition to his professional experience, Brother Bair has volunteered with the America Red Cross after the World Trade Center disaster. Currently, he is actively involved in advocacy work for accessibility and accommodations for the deaf and hard of hearing. He has been an elders quorum president, ward clerk, and executive secretary in 13 bishoprics. Brother Bair currently teaches Gospel Doctrine. He lives in Rexburg, Idaho, with his wife, Melissa, and their daughter, Emma. They all enjoy gardening, traveling to national parks, and learning ASL.
