Jennifer Hunter earned an associate degree from LDS Business College, a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Southern Utah University and a PhD in e-learning from Northcentral University in Prescott, Arizona. Needless to say, her children think her hobby is homework––creating homework, doing homework, or grading homework.

Jennifer has worked as full-time online curriculum designer for BYU-Idaho since 2019. Jennifer’s favorite role has been as a BYU-Idaho online adjunct instructor for over 10 years.

Sister Hunter has served in many capacities in the Church and currently serves as the first counselor in Relief Society in her ward. Jennifer enjoys serving in the Cedar City Utah temple with her husband, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, especially shopping with her grandchildren. Her goals include attending a session in every temple, which is getting harder now that there are over 300 temples.
