About Sam Eidam
Sam Eidam is a native of Ashton, Idaho. He was raised with a deep appreciation for hard work, faith, and the outdoors—values that continue to guide both his professional and personal life.
Brother Eidam earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in corporate finance from BYU-Idaho and completed a master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University. He has worked at BYU-Idaho for the past 12 years.
Throughout his life, Brother Eidam has served as a primary teacher, financial clerk, counselor in several elders quorum presidencies, and counselor in a bishopric. He currently serves on the Rexburg Idaho East Stake High Council.
Brother Eidam served a mission in Oakland, California. He has been married to his wife, Tayla, for 22 years. They have four children and enjoy spending time mountain biking, hiking, and downhill skiing.
