BYUI Live! will welcome Grammy-winning comedian Nate Bargatze to the BYU-Idaho Center this fall for a one-night performance.
Bargatze will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2026, giving students, employees, and community members the opportunity to see one of the country’s most in-demand comedians on tour today.
It has been a landmark year for Bargatze, whose deadpan delivery and knack for finding humor in ordinary life have built him a devoted following. In 2026, Bargatze won the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album for Your Friend, Nate Bargatze. The year before, Pollstar crowned his Big Dumb Eyes World Tour the highest-grossing comedy tour of 2025—outgrossing every other comedian on the road.
“Nate is one of the most respected comedians in the industry,” said Tanner Christensen, entertainment promoter for BYUI Live! “His unique style of clean comedy makes him a perfect fit for our audience. Our students are going to love him.”
The performance is the latest addition to a growing slate of concerts, comedy, and special events that BYUI Live! offers to enrich student life and bring the university and surrounding community together.
Tickets will be available through presale beginning Thursday, August 13, for BYU-Idaho students, employees, and other eligible groups. Public ticket sales begin at 10 a.m. (MDT) on Friday, August 14.
