REXBURG, Idaho–– The Nashville Tribute Band will perform at Brigham Young University-Idaho on Friday, February 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Hart Auditorium.

The Nashville Tribute Band is well known for their inspiring songs that pay tribute to the pioneers, missionaries, the Prophet Joseph Smith, and other familiar Christian stories. Formed by Jason Deere, an award-winning songwriter and producer, and Dan Truman, a recording artist and a member of the GRAMMY-winning country music group, Diamond Rio, the group has released nine albums of original music that have charted Top 10 on the Billboards Gospel Charts. Other band members include Tim Gates, Brad Hull, and Ben and Chad Truman.

The band has performed over 1,500 shows across the U.S., as well as Australia, China, Canada, and the U.K. For more than a decade, their treasured music has become the soundtrack to many young men’s and women’s mission experience. The band last performed at BYU-Idaho in 2013.

“Nashville Tribute Band’s music helped me so much on my mission! I’m excited to see them live and remember all those great times!” said BYU-Idaho student and Center Stage Assistant, Julia Vivas, who served in the Washington Everett Mission.

Tickets are $15 for the general public and $10 for students. Tickets can be purchased online at
