Psychology: Industrial Organizational Emphasis (B.S.)

The Industrial Organizational Psychology emphasis prepares you to offer support and guidance to corporations and organizations in promoting mental health in the workplace.

Industrial Organizational Psychology Introduction

The Industrial Organizational Psychology emphasis is multidisciplinary. Student take courses from management, communication, health services, statistics, and theatre.

This emphasis prepares you to make recommendations, produce organizational improvements, help manage risk, and increase employee organizational health. Graduates from this degree can be found in academia, corporations, government, non-profit, and consulting firms.

Our alumni are currently working for Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Pepsico, and more. We also have alumni attending graduate schools such as BYU Marriott School, Cornell, and Utah State University.
