Gain Hands-On Experience
General studies develop student's ability to gain knowledge of the social and natural worlds in which we live in, obtain the ability to think and write clearly, as well as cultivate awareness of one’s personal relationships and moral responsibility. It is a flexible degree that allows a student to tailor his or her education in two major areas to meet professional and/or educational goals. Students may design a unique course of study that will help qualify them for a variety of career options or graduate education.
Students must have completed 90 credits prior to declaring this program. Further Education
One of the primary highlights of the GE program is the flexibility it gives students to take degree-specific courses in their first and second semesters. Because of this, students will be able to explore their chosen major sooner to determine if it is a good fit for them.
