Commonly asked questions for students
Join a group! This is the best way to find new people with your same interests and have a group of people to contact if you have any questions regarding your major or interests.

When you click on register, sometimes it will just add it to the events you are going to in I-Belong. Other times it will take you to the ticket office to purchase a ticket, and if you are signing up for a Campus Rec event, it will take you to a different site that may require additional steps.

We recommend that you begin by deleting the app and then reinstalling it. This usually resolves the majority of the issues. If the issue persists, feel free to email ibelong@byui.edu and explain the issue. You may include a screen recording of the issue or a screenshot.
Some societies require a fee, and others don’t. There should be a link on the page when you join a society or in the about page of your I-Belong society group. If there isn’t, we recommend contacting the faculty member or officer in charge of the group.
If you ever want to respond to a comment in the comments section of your most recent post, it is typically easier to just directly message the person individually. To do so, select the “chat” tab in the top bar. Then select the plus button to search for the name of the person you would like to message.

You must contact the scheduling office at scheduling@byui.edu or call 208-496-3120 to change any details of your event or to create an event.
