Robert Tietjen attended Ricks College before graduating from Idaho State University with bachelor's and master's degrees in speech and organizational communications.
Rob has worked in executive positions in various industries before joining the faculty in the Department of Management at BYU-Idaho, in 2018. He specializes in teaching entrepreneurial leadership, management, and strategy.
He is currently the faculty advisor for the campus entrepreneur academic society.
