Euleza Hymas graduated from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor's degree in communication. She then earned a master's degree in leadership in higher education from Capella University.
Euleza served as a chief visionary officer fro Family Fortitude, followed by serving as president and a strength strategies coach for Potential in the Rexburg area. She then worked as a strengths-based coach, acuity specialist, and business partner for Strengths Strategy, Inc. Euleza joined BYU-Idaho as an adviser and office assistant for the Activities Office in 2002. Since that time she has served as a student leadership adviser and as an adviser and success coach in the Career and Academic Advising Office. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member on campus.
