Memorial Day - No Classes

Last day to withdraw completely from ALL Full Semester courses and receive a pro-rated tuition refund

Withdrawal Deadline - Last day to withdraw from individual Full Semester courses and receive a “W” grade and not the grade earned

Juneteenth Holiday - No Classes

July 2025 graduation application deadline - Students must apply by this date for their name to be printed in the official program.

Independence Day Holiday - No Classes

Deferment deadline for Spring Semester

Discontinuance Deadline (withdraw completely) - Student Enrolled in only Full-Semester courses, last day to withdraw completely from all courses and receive “W” grades and not the grades earned
