Remote Assistance Support from BYU-Idaho allows a BYU-Idaho Technology Support employee in another location to view your computer screen and work on your computer over a secure connection.  By using Remote Assistance Support from BYU-Idaho, you agree that during the session the Technology Support employee may start the recording function and capture screen shots for quality and/or training purposes. This will result in your communications being recorded and logged by the Remote Assistance session. If you do not agree to the possibility of recording, please do not accept the connection to the remote Technology Support employee.
