Welcome to the Fall 2026 season of BYU-Idaho Radio’s The Spot! There are so many things happening on campus this semester and for The Spot. This fall we have some changes; we are saying goodbye to our beloved cohost Abigail Maxfield.
We have had two seasons with Abby, and we are so sad to announce she is leaving The Spot to focus on school. We wish her the best in her endeavors and hopefully we have will have her as a guest on The Spot here soon!
We are excited to share that Valeria Coles is joining us as our cohost and social media specialist for the fall semester. Valeria is Peruvian but she is from Saratoga Springs, Utah; she is studying communication. She loves being creative and enjoys capturing moments through vlogging.
Our video editor, Walker Flint, is back for his second semester with The Spot. He is from Bozeman, Montana. Walker is studying video production; he loves watching movies and his favorite movie is “Interstellar.”
Our host, Grace Quinagoran, (she got married over the summer) will also be returning to The Spot. Grace is from Idaho Falls, Idaho. She is studying Public Relations and loves all kinds of music. Her favorite genre is yacht rock.
We are so excited for our Fall 2027 team with Walker, Val, and Grace! Listen to this episode to get to know us a little more and to see what events are happening on campus!
