We are already halfway through the semester! Grace Andrus and Bea Mattos with guest, Robert Harris, are talking about that mid semester crash out.
Crashing out is a phrase this generation has coined to describe when someone is at their peak of feeling overwhelmed. Students have so many things going on, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, especially as the semester gets closer to ending.
We discuss symptoms, signs, and ways to cope with the stress of being almost done. Whether that is energy drinks, task timers, naps, screaming into a pillow, crying, ranting or journaling, these are all things that students do to manage or prevent a crash out.
