Stukent, a fast-growing company in educational technology, has reached a significant milestone this year as it celebrates its 10-year anniversary. The CEO, Jim Holm, was appointed to the position in February and is excited to share the company’s journey, achievements and vision for the future.

Stukent’s motto is, “We help educators help students help the world.”

Founded back in 2013 by now retired CEO Stuart Draper, Stukent was on a mission to empower and help both educators and students. Through innovative technology tools and hands-on simulators, Stukent equips professors with the resources to provide students with practical skills that will help them succeed in the workforce.

“Our simternships are designed to develop the skills students need for their first job,” Holm explains in an interview with BYU-Idaho Radio. “By simulating real-world scenarios and using emulated software, we ensure students are prepared for industry challenges upon graduation.”

Stukent’s success, according to Holm, can be attributed to several factors, including having a talented team, having a focus on an underserved market and a commitment to technological advancement. Stukent is known as one of the fastest growing companies in America, with no end in sight.

Looking ahead, Holm plans to expand partnerships with more colleges and universities, with the hopes of integrating their course certifications into the programs and helping expand the reach to better learning materials.

Stukent is also always developing new courses, such as the upcoming finance course that will involve students in more work than just “bookkeeping,” according to Holm. Stukent is also excited to use new A.I. technology in its future programs, helping customize learning to students in a way that is specific to them.
