Rexburg's newest attraction, Teeton Golf, is in full swing

BYU-Idaho Radio · Rexburg's newest attraction, Teeton Golf, is in full swing
During the winter months, it can be hard to find things to do in Rexburg. Teeton Golf, a golf simulation operator, has come at the right time.

Brett Lee, owner of Teeton Golf, is an avid golfer. He lived in Hawaii for 16 years and played golf year round before moving to Idaho during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a harsh reality when the winter came and he realized he couldn’t golf for several months. That is when the idea of Teeton Golf came to life.

Lee has been able to build relationships with people in the community since starting Teeton Golf.

“Since I moved over here a couple years ago, it’s been a great way to get to know other golfers in the community and I’ve met some really neat people. That’s probably the best benefit,” Lee said.

Teeton Golf welcomes anyone at any skill level to play. It is a self-service facility and is open 24 hours a day. The Trackman simulators offer a variety of courses from around the world to choose from.

Lee says the convenience of a golf simulator is a huge appeal factor. At Teeton Golf, it takes less than an hour to golf 18 holes at a world-famous course when it would take four hours at an outdoor course.

“Ultimately with our Trackman software, you also know that you’re having a real golf experience. It’s not just a game,” Lee said.

Teeton Golf is located at 22 E Main St. in Rexburg. For more information on Teeton golf, visit: www.teetongolf.com
