REXBURG—Twisted Sugar has reopened under new ownership after a temporary closure, bringing fresh energy, new menu items and renewed excitement from the local community.
Bryant and Neeley Wolfe, the store’s new owners, said they were drawn to the opportunity because of the brand’s strong reputation and the support surrounding the Rexburg location.
The Wolfes also emphasized the importance of family and said they want that value reflected in the atmosphere at Twisted Sugar.
“We try to be very family oriented. We want our employees’ families in here and we want our families in here. We want it to be a family-owned company and the community to bring their families in,” Neeley Wolfe said.
Since taking over, the couple has focused on preparing the store, rebuilding its team and creating a welcoming experience for returning customers.
Getting the doors open in just two months was a quick turnaround, and the Wolfes said their team was a crucial part of making it happen.
“Their friendliness, their energy, their everything. They’re go-getters and man, they have a smile on their face, and you can see it and they love what they do," Bryant Wolfe said.
The Wolfes said community encouragement played a major role in helping them to reopen so quickly. Customers followed the store’s progress, shared excitement online and showed continued interest in seeing the business return. That support helped motivate the owners as they worked through the challenges of reopening in only two months.
Along with familiar favorites, customers can expect new menu options designed to give them more variety. The owners said they want to keep the products people already love while also introducing new items that make each visit feel new. They hope the updated menu will encourage both long-time customers and first-time visitors to stop in.
Bryant and Neeley also emphasized that operating a successful business will require consistency, strong customer service and a positive workplace culture. Their goal is to build a team that treats each customer with care and creates an environment that feels friendly and dependable.
