REXBURG—Chad Daybell’s house was listed Thursday for $350,000.
The home where Daybell lived with his first wife, Tammy Daybell, and their children is also where JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan’s remains were found buried in the backyard. Chad and his second wife, Lori Vallow Daybell, were convicted in the murders of the two children as well as Tammy.
The space is 1,894 square feet, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The description on Zillow.com shares that the lot is 3.75 acres and adds this warning: “THERE IS A VERY TRAGIC SITUATION WITH THIS HOME, please HAVE YOUR REALTOR INVESTIGATE FOR YOU.”
The Zillow listing has 33 photos, showing fully furnished rooms, and the surrounding yard space where the two children were found dead and buried in the backyard.
