Wednesday nights just got a lot more fun in Rigby with the Summer Movie Night event.
Every Wednesday, LK Realty plays a family-friendly movie in Rigby City Park. The event starts at sunset and is free to the public.
The movie is projected onto a large inflatable screen, where many bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the film.
In addition to the movie, free popcorn is also provided.
The movie nights come from LK Realty’s endeavor to become more involved in the community.
“It's just a way to give back to the community and just have a fun night out. And it's so fun to see the different groups that come out,” said Kelly Jenkins the co-founder of LK Realty.
LK Realty Group of Home Smart Premier Realty is a bi-lingual real estate team that strives to be upfront and honest with its clients and the Hispanic community.
“Our bottom line is to get somebody into the home that they want, love and are going to have for a long time and an investment for the future. And that's just been the greatest thing to see,” Jenkins said.
The group continues to help the Hispanic community in Idaho. They saw a need to have lenders and title companies be more accommodating to the Spanish speaking community.
“So, we've kind of helped build the gap from that and kind of bring all those people together. And the lenders and the title companies that we've worked with are amazing. They've gone above and beyond to be able to help with Spanish translations and stuff too. So, we've done that and just awareness of the different programs that are out there,” Jenkins said.
