‘Lamb of God’ performances coming to Southeast Idaho

Lamb of God

Witness Music of Southeast Idaho will perform its annual show, Rob Gardner’s “Lamb of God,” in March to welcome in the Easter season.

Witness Music of Southeast Idaho is a local chapter of Witness Music, a multi-denominational non-profit organization intended to help the community in growing faith through inspirational music.

“There's something about putting messages to music that just touches the soul,” said Cindy Eaton, a choir member and member manager at Witness Music of Southeast Idaho.

Witness Music of Southeast Idaho has a choir and orchestra made up of volunteers.

“I've heard so many wonderful comments from people who participate about how their lives have been changed, and how they've grown closer to their Savior,” Eaton said.

The “Lamb of God” program portrays the last week of Christ’s life through music, using the perspectives of New Testament figures who knew Him.

“You'll walk away having felt the love of your Heavenly Father and your Savior and understanding a little bit more about what he really did for each one of us, and how much he loves us,” Eaton said.

All performances are free to the public, with donations appreciated. Witness Music of Southeast Idaho will perform “Lamb of God” March 7 in Pocatello, March 14 in Rexburg and March 16 in Idaho Falls. Performance schedules and more information is available on the Witness Music of Southeast Idaho website.
