IDeal Idaho 529 is a college savings program that aims to help families save for their children's future education through flexible tax-exempt savings. The organization is celebrating its growth this month. A report from IDeal shows that there has been a $97 million increase in assets and a 3,400 increase in student accounts.
"We would love for young families to start saving for the next generation because we know that every dollar saved now is two less that you have to pay back with interest," said Executive Director Christine Stoll.
Now with 47,076 accounts, IDeal is moving forward and continuing to help Idahoans save for their children's future education.
