There is a significant increase in BYU-Idaho's campus-student body this semester compared to last winter.
The statistics released for the Winter 2025 semester show a total enrollment of 23,662 campus-based students, according to a news release from BYU-Idaho. This is a 6.3% increase over the Winter 2024 semester. The number of students enrolled in face-to-face classes is 18,725 and the other 4,937 campus-based students are enrolled in online classes or internships. The university estimates that approximately 20,500 of its students are living in Rexburg this semester.
The campus-based student body this semester consists of 12,241 male students (52%) and 11,421 female students (48%). There are 4,946 married students, which is 21% of the total campus-based student population.
BYU-Idaho has 17,515 online students who are serviced in partnership with BYU-Pathway Worldwide. This amounts to a total of 41,176 enrolled students at BYU-Idaho.
