On March 10, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Catholic Relief Services collaborated to donate to the Ghana National Ambulance Service and Ghana Health Services in Tamale. These services received 20 modified motor tricycle ambulances. The donation was made through Holistic Opportunities for Positive Engagement in Maternal and Child Health.

Elevate Academy East in Idaho Falls remains strong despite competition in local and state areas. The school plans to open enrollment in April.

A student at BYU-Idaho will perform in a charity concert for a friend’s family member with cancer.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Antananarivo Madagascar Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was held last Saturday. Presiding over the event was Elder Denelson Silva, First Counselor in the Africa South Area Presidency. He was accompanied by Elder Dwayne J. van Heerden, an Area Seventy, and other local leaders and dignitaries.

On Sunday, March 16, a devotional was held worldwide for the Relief Society of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The devotional speakers were Relief Society General President Camille N. Johnson, and her counselors, Sister Kristen M. Yee and Sister J. Anette Dennis. They spoke from the Red Brick Store in Nauvoo, where the Relief Society was first founded in 1842.

Using unique floral arrangements and art, students from the Wedding and Event Planning class will put on the Temples in Bloom event.
