Job Description
Looking for a job where you can make good money, work outside, and not sit behind a desk all day?
MyTBrite Window Washing is looking for motivated people to join our window cleaning team in Southeast Idaho!
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll spend your day working outside, traveling from appointment to appointment, and working alongside a partner to clean residential homes. Most jobs are straightforward and require little ladder work.
No window cleaning experience? No problem. We'll train you on everything you need to know. Cleaning experience is helpful, but we're much more interested in finding people who are dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and enjoyable to work with.
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, and we're willing to work around college and class schedules. If you can only work certain days each week because of school, we'll do our best to build your schedule around it.
And yes — we like to have fun. We regularly celebrate hitting our company goals with company-paid celebrations and events. We work hard, but we believe work should be something you actually enjoy showing up to.
Requirements / Qualifications
- No previous window cleaning experience required — we'll train you
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions
- Able to work well with a partner and provide great customer service
- Cleaning experience is helpful, but not required

Hours
Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Full-time and part-time positions available. We can work with college class schedules and schedule employees for only the days they are available.
Pay / Wage
· $16/hour during training
· $18–$26+/hour after training
· Additional commission opportunities available
· Opportunities to increase your earnings as you gain experience and become more productive
