Job Description
Join Maggie’s Place for a Summer Adventure! Maggie’s Place is looking to fill 2 FT/PT positions for Summer Day Camp Adventure Guides.
A Maggie's Place Summer Adventure Guide facilitates the curriculum, establishes and builds relationships with client families and school administrative staff, is directly responsible for the care of the students in his/her program and follows daily program routines. An excellent Adventure Guide will have completed college coursework in or related to child development, teaching, or recreation, and brings a very positive, compassionate, energetic and cheerful personality to the program.
Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check. First Aid and CPR Certification will be required as a condition for employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender or gender identity, national origin, religion, lack of religion, or disability.
Hours will vary between 7am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, starting ASAP.
Compensation is hourly, and is highly competitive for our area and industry.
Requirements/Qualifications
· CPR/1st Aid is required. We can provide the class for you.
· Some child development, early childhood education, elementary education experience preferred.
· Ability to pass a background check.

open. Summer Camp end 8/15/25, but we also have positions available during the academic school year for the elementary schools in Idaho Falls and Ammon.
Hours
Vary between 7am-6pm
Pay/Wage
DOE, $12 - $15 per hour
