Job Description
My-T-Brite is an up and coming premier permanent lighting company, we strive to deliver the best lighting solution to homeowners in Eastern Idaho. We are a new fast-growing company offering piece rate pay to our installers. Our experienced laborers at My-T-Brite are making much more than they were on hourly as this commission plan incentivizes job completion instead of standing around. If you are confident that you could do well in this position, don’t hesitate to apply. After 6 month review we will review progress and will consider higher paying salary position.
****Training is $20 an hour for the first week and then you move to commision pay which averages $40-65 an hour
What you’ll do:

- Become an expert on LED software and provide an extravagant product that can make someone more than satisfied
- Provide security to Homeowner’s
- Leverage installations into leads and revenue for a fast-growing company
Helpful skills to have for this position:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Incredible communication for start to finish with the customer
- Sales experience and/or field service experience can be helpful for earning extra commission
- Someone who can be shown a common vision for their personal success and be self-managed enough to put their head down and work to achieve their goals as well as gain financial freedom
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Need a very high sense of hard work
Physical Demands:
- Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- Climb ladders up to 40 ft
- Work in attics and other limited space areas
- Must have own truck
- Must have own tools (can buy tools through us on payment plan)
- My-T-Brite will provide company uniform
Responsibilities:
- My-T-Brite will supple inventory for each job.
- Picking up product from warehouse to begin and complete installation on customer’s home
- Provide communication with you coworkers AS well as clear communication with the client making sure each client is aware of each process inside of the installation
- Teaching the customer the app which controls the lights on the home
- Drop-off product at warehouse
