Job Description
Your Mission
You will be the friendly voice of My-T-Brite and a key driver of our growth. You will help customers, book jobs, close sales, and support our technicians - all while working remotely in a positive, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and texts from customers
- Make outbound calls to book services and follow up on leads
- Sell and upsell window washing and permanent lighting services
- Provide clear pricing and scheduling information
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Deliver professional, friendly communication every day
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements/Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience
- Confident phone skills and positive energy
- Comfortable closing bookings and upselling services
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Strong internet connection and quiet workspace
- Self-motivated remote worker with a great attitude
