Job Description
First Serve Property Management is a BYU-Idaho student housing company here in Rexburg, and we are hiring for a new Property Manager. Our mission is to create a wonderful environment for everyone who chooses to live at our properties and our managers play a key role in fulfilling this vision.
The manager would live onsite at one of our properties and the compensation pays all of rent and utilities for a 2 bed/1 bath unit plus $200 per month ($16+ an hour). Work hours would be 20 hours a week and are flexible to accommodate school class schedules. You will oversee many aspects of property management such as property tours, selling contracts, resident relations, property phone calls, property social media, processing contracts and payments, emails, property upkeep, and check-ins/check-outs.
We are looking for someone that can give a 2-year commitment and who is available for approximately 4 hours a day between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to learn new software programs quickly, Knowledge of computers and Google products (Sheets/Docs/Drive),Expertise in writing and grammar | Detail-oriented | Critical thinking skills | Cheerful and outgoing personality
Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience | Customer service experience | Google Sheets wizardry | Property management experience | Professional social media experience
