Production Leadership Intern (Temporary)

Job Description
This position will be a team leader overseeing certain departments in the

production area. There will be 600+ employees hired to process fourth-quarter customer orders of

about 8 million holiday cards. You will assist with workflow management, employee training, and

employee scheduling while managing performance, communication, and information shared from

shift to shift.

Requirements/Qualifications
Some form of leadership experience. This position may oversee approximately 10-35 people

• Ability to get up to speed quickly

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to take on additional leadership training

• Take instructions from existing leadership members

• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts

• Must be able to work Monday-Friday (Be available to work Saturdays or Sundays during peak

weeks.)

• Must be available to work the day after and the weekend after Thanksgiving

• Basic computer skills

Start Date

Be ready to start as early as September 22nd with 2nd and 3rd shift start dates staggered

in the following weeks

Duration/End Date
Temporary position ending around 12/23/2025

Hours

Shift 1 is 6:00am - 2:00pm, 8am - 4pm, and 10am - 6pm

Shift 2 is 12pm - 8pm and 2pm - 10pm

Shift 3 is 10:00pm - 6:00am

Pay/Wage

$16.00/hr
