Job Description
Pinnacle Contacts is a political field operations firm that specializes in grassroots voter engagement, petition circulation, and field organizing for Republican candidates and conservative policy initiatives.
Our teams work directly with voters through door-to-door outreach and petition gathering, helping campaigns qualify for the ballot, expand voter contact, and build strong grassroots support.
Current operations are focused on northern Utah and South Carolina, including:
Utah:
- Salt Lake County
- Utah County
- Weber County
- Davis County
South Carolina:
· All counties
Position Overview
- Role: Political Canvasser / Petition Circulator
- Compensation: $20–$25 per hour
- Housing: Provided for team members traveling for the project
- Transportation: Utah applicants must have their own reliable vehicle to travel between assigned neighborhoods and canvassing areas. South Carolina applicants will have all logistics expenses covered: airfares, car rentals, and accommodations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional door-to-door voter outreach
- Collect legally compliant petition signatures
- Explain ballot initiatives and campaign priorities to voters
- Accurately record voter interactions and signatures
- Represent campaigns with professionalism, integrity, and respect
Ideal Candidates
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Strong communicators are comfortable speaking with voters
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Able to walk several hours per day outdoors
- Interested in gaining real-world experience in political campaigns, public policy, and grassroots organizing
Many of our team members are university students and young professionals interested in the political process and looking to gain firsthand campaign experience while earning competitive hourly pay.
