● Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and safely
Contents Handling & Documentation
● Pack, move, label, and document homeowner belongings with care
● Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the process
● Treat all items with respect and professionalism
Cleaning & Restoration Support
● Perform specialty cleaning, deodorization, textile care, and contents cleaning
● Assist with light demolition and restoration support tasks as needed
● Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Teamwork & Direction
● Follow instructions from team leads and managers
● Communicate clearly and ask questions when unsure
● Support teammates to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
Customer Interaction
● Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with homeowners
● Represent Flood and Fire Solutions professionally on every job
● Help create a calm, reassuring experience for customers in crisis
