Job Description
Nanny wanted near Idaho Falls Temple (Melaleuca Baseball Field) for 1 child (approximately 2
months old). Must be experienced and reliable. Must have strong communication skills and be
attentive to child's needs. Duties include providing supervision, bottle-feeding, changing
diapers, comforting child, putting him down for naps, engaging in stimulating activities, light
house-keeping and maintaining a safe environment. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
References required (minimum of two - not family or friend related). Must be OK with a dog
and cat inside home.
Requirements/Qualifications
● Patience, compassion, and a love for working with children
● Must be experienced and reliable with newborns
● Excellent communication skills
● Reliable transportation to IF on Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday
● CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred
● References Required (minimum of two)
● Ability to follow directions

We will ask for references (either from previous in-house nanny jobs or employers). We
are seeking someone who is reliable and will give us advance notice (a week maximum
or 3 days minimum notice if they cannot make it that week).
We have a border-collie husky who is friendly and is an in-house dog as well as a cat that
keeps to herself.
We do not mind if you do homework, watch TV, read, etc. as long as the child is cared for.
We will ask for light housekeeping tasks to be done when you are here.
Applicants may be available all 3 days or only one or two days.
