Job Description
Literal is an award-winning, venture-backed edtech startup backed by the same investors behind Fortnite and Discord. We are changing how tweens and teens experience reading through a modern, interactive reading platform used by schools across the country.
We work exclusively with Schools and School Districts.
We are hiring part-time 1099 B2B sales reps whose primary responsibility is setting appointments with schools and educators. This role is designed for college students, especially those near BYU-Idaho, who want flexible hours, strong pay, and real startup experience.
You will make outbound calls and send emails to introduce Literal, qualify interest, and book meetings for our sales team. No closing required.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Clear, confident communication skills (phone & email)
· Comfortable talking with professionals
· Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Teachable and coachable
· Comfortable using basic technology
· Must be a U.S. citizen
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
· Prior experience working with K12 schools, as an inside sales rep, tele sales, or experience in public speaking, debate, or theater helpful

Pay/Wage
$18/hour + $200 for every qualified appointment that is held (first 90 days)
