Part-Time Inside Sales Rep / Appointment Setter
Job Description
We are hiring part-time 1099 B2B (business-to-business) sales reps whose primary responsibility is setting appointments with schools and educators. This role is designed for college students, especially those near BYU-Idaho, who want flexible hours, strong pay, and real startup experience. You will make outbound calls and send emails to US schools and school districts to introduce Literal, qualify interest, and book meetings for our sales team. No closing required. Hours are business hours only, no weekends or nights, availability must be anywhere between 5am and 6pm MT.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Job site is Rexburg city hall. No remote work.
· Tenacious self-starter who knows how to work in a team.
· Clear, confident communication skills (phone & email)
· Comfortable talking with professionals
· Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Teachable and coachable
· Comfortable using basic technology
· Must be a U.S. citizen
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
· Prior experience working with K12 schools, as an inside sales rep, tele sales, or experience in public speaking, debate, or theater helpful.

Pay/Wage
$18/hr plus up $100 bonus for each appointment set (first 90 days). Possible commission thereafter.
